My passion for dentistry thrives at the intersection of aesthetics, scientifically grounded precision, and the highest functional standards. Following my studies, I specialized in prosthodontics, aesthetic dentistry, and digital dentistry. I was certified as a Specialist in Prosthodontics by the German Society for Prosthetic Dentistry and Biomaterials (DGPro) – a distinction that confirms an in-depth knowledge of the entire masticatory system and its reconstruction.
My passion lies in the symbiosis of digital precision, function, and natural harmony. My ambition is to provide you with maximum security and a lasting aesthetic result.

As a certified specialist, I dedicate myself to the planning and implementation of sophisticated comprehensive solutions. My focus is on creating a perfect, natural smile through digital workflows and minimally invasive techniques, such as ultra-thin veneers. In this context, dental rehabilitation serves as an important foundation for achieving our prosthetic goals. My objective is always the harmonious interplay of form and function, ensuring maximum stability and long-term aesthetic excellence.
Since receiving the Young Esthetics Award from the German Society of Aesthetic Dentistry (DGÄZ, 2012), my focus on the interplay of function and aesthetics has deepened continuously. This commitment defines every treatment I plan and deliver.
At our in-house Horvath Academy, I bridge the gap between academic research and practical excellence within a global context.
My passion for knowledge does not end at the treatment chair: At the in-house Horvath Academy, I serve as a mentor to fellow professionals. Here, I train other dentists in the disciplines of digital prosthodontics and ceramic reconstruction, translating cutting-edge university research directly into daily clinical practice. As a Key Opinion Leader for Dentsply Sirona in the field of digital prosthodontics and CEREC, I actively contribute to the advancement of modern CAD/CAM technologies, bringing clinical experience directly into product development. Our practice is also a certified Straumann Center of Excellence for implantology. For me, progress means not only operating at the highest level myself but actively shaping the standards of modern dentistry.
Additionally, I hold a part-time position as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Restorative Dentistry at the renowned University of Pennsylvania and support dental education and advanced training as an Associate Assistant at Düsseldorf University Hospital.
I enjoy sharing my expertise as a speaker at national and international specialist events, lecturing for organizations such as the Hamburg Dental Chamber and the ZFZ Stuttgart.
Innovation runs in our family: My father, Dr. Domonkos Horvath, invented the OptraGate – a true classic in dentistry, now used in over 130 countries worldwide. Together, we are developing the next generation of intraoral retractors under our medical device startup Rocket Dental: the RING. Those who stand at the treatment chair every day know best what clinical practice truly needs – and that conviction drives our product development.
When I am not at the clinic, my time belongs to my family. My wife, our two children, and I are a strong team. We are always on the move, trying new things, and rarely sit still. Family is my center and my greatest source of inspiration.
We thrive on activity and new experiences: In the summer, you can find us on the golf course. The concentration and precision required there provide a perfect balance to my surgical work. In the winter, I am a passionate skier. At home, I am the family cook and enjoy being at the stove every day, fueled by a love for good food and shared moments at the table. I find peace in playing the piano and reading, and whenever the opportunity arises, we travel to discover new places.
